A Salesforce CRM Manager / Marketing Automation Manager / Email Marketing Manager is needed by a leading Fintech SaaS business as they continue their digital transformation to provide a best-in-class data and analytics platform to leading financial institutions.

In this new role, the CRM Manager / Marketing Automation Manager / Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving both strategy and implementation across the CRM channel for both new client acquisition and existing client retention.

The CRM Manager / Marketing Automation Manager / Email Marketing Manager will:

*Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud and exploit its full potential, building cross- channel customer journeys across email, website and landing pages.
*Design effective CRM programs across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention
*Establish KPI’s and track channel performance to ensure delivery and inform future strategy, delivering MQL’s to the sales team.
*Be the business’ expert in marketing automation, tasked with leveraging maximum return from the recently implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool.

The CRM Manager / Marketing Automation Manager / Email Marketing Manager must have:

*4+ years in a similar role from a B2B, Fintech or SaaS company
*Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and tools that will enhance the value of CRM and marketing automation
*Hugely customer-focused with a passion for great customer journeys, segmentation and quality of execution
*Strong communication, people and stakeholder management skills, including with senior Sales leaders
