With digital product being central to the business’ continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager.
The Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will be responsible for a core set of customer experiences which are central to the development of the physical product and management of a customer account. As an experienced member of the team you will also help develop the broader team and best practice product management processes.
Your role as Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will have you tackling diverse challenges and uncovering opportunity. Key responsibilities include:
*Act as the lead for a squad, working alongside an awesome team of developers and designers
*Co-create with the users and cross functional team to deliver change
*Set clear measures of success and measure impact
*Build and advocate a user-centred product thinking, contributing to continuous improvement in the team’s ways of working
The role of Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will require a curious mind, a product manager who seeks challenges and problems to be solved. You will bring many of the following capabilities:
*Experience of working on a complex digital and service product, exposure to eCommerce would useful too
*Have been responsible for a digital B2C product
*Evidence of drawing out customer needs and translating this into commercial product objectives
*A commercially minded approach to decision making
*Experience of running testing activity, including working knowledge of A/B and MVT techniques and analytical tools
