Product Manager

London, £60-70k, up to 30% bonus and excellent benefits.

Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / Product Owner needed by a profitable high growth digital marketplace business who are backed by high profile VC groups, are cash positive. They are one of the fastest growing UK start-up’s and are currently diversifying their products to drive their growth further in new markets.

You’ll be working in a small collaborative team directly with the in-house engineering team on scaling the current products and identifying market opportunities to scale. This will be a very fast-paced business where you will have the opportunity to release new features daily.

Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / Product Owner will:

*Establish a rapid test and learn culture and infrastructure based on customer insight, data analysis and campaign evaluation

*Experience with relevant industry advertising tools (i.e. AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor,

*Google Analytics, etc.) and techniques

*Devising, launching and managing innovative campaigns on social channels (particularly Facebook)

*Regular and ad-hoc reporting and detailed analysis of the results

*Edit and proof-read ad copy and editorials

*Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure compelling customer journeys from start to finish

*Drive innovation, identify and explore breakthrough growth opportunities in customer acquisition

Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / Product Owner must Have:

*Good Digital Product management experience from any industry such as; Retail, FMCG, B2C, Tech, eCommerce, Media, Travel, Consumer goods, Fintech, SaaS

*Ability to get your head around complex, vague concepts and turn them into a deliverable product

*You’re willing to roll your sleeves up and do whatever is necessary to make the product and business a success

*You’re a strong communicator – able to champion your vision for the product

*You love data. You’re a capable analyst, able to turn complex data into performance reports and to use it to inform your optimisation decisions.

*You’re no designer but you have a solid understanding of UX

*You speak dev. You’re happy working closely with developers, you understand what it is to be part of an Agile team and how to specify features in a way that’s easy for developers to understand.

*You’re experienced at all stages of product development, from user research to wireframing, writing acceptance criteria and testing.
