A top 20 “Tech Track 100” marketplace business are on the hunt for a Product Manager – Acquisition / Growth Product Lead / Product Manager – Marketing & Growth to drive revenue, user acquisition and underpin drive marketing and growth efforts.
They are looking for a Product Manager – Acquisition / Growth Product Lead / Product Manager – Marketing & Growth to be the bridge between marketing and product, supercharging their efforts, launching new verticals, improving user experience and taking their growth product strategy to the next level. This is a brand-new role created following their most successful and profitable year to date.
The Product Manager – Acquisition / Growth Product Lead / Product Manager – Marketing & Growth will be responsible for:
-Shaping and delivering growth and marketing roadmap, owning revenue, conversion, and acquisition metrics and owning products end to end
-Driving user acquisition through the launch of new web products, prioritising certain categories
-Support the marketing team across core channels, thinking about how to apply a product approach to growth marketing
-Running complex, technical and data heavy experiments, ensuring the business fully understands their users
-Creating models, experiments, products, initiatives and new performance indicators across all cross functional teams
-Driving onsite conversion optimisation
-Be a gateway between user and business metrics, ensuring both are aligning and value metrics don’t slip
-Create dashboards & tooling to improve internal and external metrics
The Product Manager – Acquisition / Growth Product Lead / Product Manager – Marketing & Growth will have:
-A background in product management, backed up with knowledge of core marketing channels
-History working with Marketing teams, building tools and further enabling their efforts
-Experience building products that drove user acquisition and conversion, following lots of experiments
-Experience working on high growth B2C products, ideally high traffic eCommerce
-Basic SQL and good data analytics skills a must
-Proven experience driving core customer and business metrics (revenue, acquisition, LTV etc)
-Outstanding stakeholder management skills – you’re a real influencer of both technical and business people
-A strong idea of what it is like to work in an unpredictable environment, reacting to change quickly, managing conflicting priorities
-Excellent understanding of product tools, methodology, processes and systems
-Proven ability to influence cross functional teams, right up to C level
