I’m looking for a product lead / product manager / head of product for new health and wellness mobile app startup. They are at seed stage, planning another big seed round early next year before they launch the business in LA. They’re growing rapidly through organic channels and backed by some of the biggest names in the sector.
They want to break down online gender equality barriers and ultimately allow females to lead more thriving and fulfilling lives. They believe they can change the world by creating a more fair, empathetic and healthy society. They need a product lead to make this happen.
It’s a really small team so the product lead / product manager / head of product will have massive impact. You’ll need to make big decisions, be super scrappy and be happy with complete, full autonomy. You will take risks; they need an experimenter – someone who will come up with ideas then and run with them.
There’s going to be travel to LA as that’s where the core market will be. Get your passport ready.
The product lead / product manager / head of product will be responsible for:
. Executing and expand on their vision
. Helping build and shape a product that will change lives
. Normal product management stuff…roadmap prioritisation, defining and analysing metrics, requirements gathering and defining, user testing etc.
The product lead / product manager / head of product will have:
. A track record of delivering and owning products for a fast-paced business
. Launched a product – at work or at home. Either’s fine but you will have needed to have owned the whole thing.
. A passion for beautiful products – obsessing over simplicity, clarity and pixel perfection
. The ability to move fast, using facts
. Earned leadership
. A super ambitious personality – you’d fit in well with everyone else!
