I am looking for a Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product for a hyper growth, Ed Tech scale up. They work with students around the world to discover and explore the best pathways available to them. They help universities to discover and attract the students that contribute to their diverse, vibrant and successful courses and campuses.
They have just doubled in size over the last 12 months and plan to grow to 40 employees by the end of the year. The core product is a B2B/B2C SaaS Product with both a freemium and subscription model plus a strong self-serve marketplace element.
They are a fun, close team who are going through significant growth and they need a new experienced product leader talent to take them to the next stage. You will be comfortable running a team and hiring further as the business grows.
What they The Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product will be doing:
. Lead, coach and mentor the Product team
. Foster the product culture & craft
. Establish & align the cross-team strategies and plans to maximise impact
. Enhance how the team communicates & collaborates
. Develop industry and market contacts & relationships
What the Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product will bring:
. Demonstrable experience as a product leader with a team of 2-3 PMs or 2+ product areas.
. Experience in SaaS / website product development, from ideation through to go-to-market launch
. Experience coaching and developing a high-performing product team to deliver impact
. Strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to move easily between strategy and detailed planning
. Experience in setting & delivering against clear and compelling goals and targets; being familiar with OKRs would be an advantage
