Working for an industry disrupter, the Retail Marketing Manager / Partner Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager role involves developing and delivering marketing plans increase their brand awareness, lead generation activities and increasing activity in existing accounts. The Retail Marketing Manager / Partner Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will:
*Own the Retail Marketing budget and have autonomy to decide how to get the best ROI
*Work closely with the sales team in order to be most effective in generating new business as well as widening existing accounts
*Create compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement
*Create thought leadership content to help drive the adoption of their service and platform
*Collaborate with the PR agency, Product team, Sales and senior stakeholders to develop a clear marketing proposition and creative execution for products in-store
*Build relationships with key retailers to drive visibility of the brand in the stores of their existing partnerships
*Represent the company at key industry tradeshows
*Produce analysis on campaigns performance and use findings in the development of future activity based on results.
Retail Marketing Manager / Partner Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager role must have:
*Strong marketing experience, ideally including at least 2 years in retail marketing
*Experience developing and executing point of sale (POS) marketing programs
*Degree or equivalent (additional marketing qualification desirable)
*Highly effective communicator, with strong collaboration/influencing skills especially to senior management and clients
*Outstanding project management skills and proven ability prioritise, plan and deliver projects & campaigns across cross-functional team on-time and to budget
*Strong ability to analyse multi-channel performance metrics and synthesise learnings/opportunities for improvement
