This disruptive AI SAAS tech organisation is solving one of the most negative aspects of the eCommerce customer experience, a problem that reduces conversion, increases abandonment, and erodes customer loyalty.
They have data that proves both consumer delight and increased revenue for retail/marketplace customers and their tech will change the way consumers shop. This role involves joining them on the journey through pilot studies, global launch and market scaling.
The software will transform and disrupt the way consumers buy retail products, holidays, vehicles and even apply for jobs. As a result, it’s critical that the end-to-end customer experience is exactly right to ensure large-scale adoption.
To help deliver this, they need an ambitious Senior UX Architect / UX Lead / Head of UX with world-class experience in leading the process of taking strong product innovation and disruption through to large-scale adoption, for consumer-facing software products within a corporate/enterprise SaaS context.
This is a small team that will scale over time. You will think strategically but go the first mile yourself, being hands-on, together with an experienced UI/UX designer.
The Senior UX Architect / UX Lead / Head of UX will:
-Take the consumer shopping user experience to a new level, from smooth onboarding and through a comfortable customer journey, for first timers and enthusiasts alike
-Create a rapid test and learn environment, using customer data and feedback to refine and improve the existing product
-Shape the B2B customer experience, including an administration portal and insight dashboard
-Work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to continually improve the product experience through pilots, implementations, and mass adoption
Candidates for the Senior UX Architect / UX Lead / Head of UX role must have
-Strong experience as a UX Lead / UX Architect, designing consumer experiences for mass consumer products/environments
-World-class experience in taking innovate and disruptive large scale consumer-facing software products (eg eCommerce, media, travel, entertainment, content streaming, mobile experience, etc) to through to large-scale adoption
-Experience working with a SaaS tech software vendor
-Experience improving an existing product. This isn’t building from the ground up but improving what’s already there
-Comfort setting the strategy as well as being hands-on
-Experience of eCommerce / marketplace customer experience is an advantage
The role is remote/home based but it’s likely there will be a South-East hub in the medium term.
