I’m hiring a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product to own the supplier side of one of the UK’s leading ecommerce marketplaces. You will deliver products and features that bring simplicity, functionality, and revenue growth to their business partners.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product will define and create the ecosystem for the suppliers to run their own businesses – to build a web presence, manage leads, contact customers, send invoices. Experience with My Account, In Life and Self-Serve products is great!

An individual contributor role where you’ll have full autonomy and get to see your ideas carried out from start to finish but hiring a team in 6-9 months.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product will ideally have experience delivering significant improvements to supplier/3rd party experiences on consumer, ecommerce, marketplace, or SaaS platform.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product will:
. Manage the development, implementation, and full lifecycle of products across the business.
. Build strong relationships and engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods in an agile environment.
. Carry out in-depth analysis using A/B and MVT testing and defining KPI’s.
. Provide user and data-led insight to help shape the roadmap.
. Create best of class Products and features.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / SaaS Product Manager will:
. Have demonstrable experience as a product leader in a two-sided business or sector, such as Saas platforms, business applications, eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, etc.
. Understand and identify user needs and demonstrate a real empathy towards partner needs.
. Be a commercially aware decision maker.
. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels and influence at a high level and able to make a real impact.
