Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner needed by a leading B2B Fintech solution scaleup. They have just launched an industry-first product that will save organisations hundreds of thousands of pounds, much of which can be passed back on to the end user.
They are a stable but growing Series A business with team members spread across the globe and encourage employees to work when and where they are most comfortable, be that the office, at home, a coffee shop or abroad.
Reporting to the CPO, the Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner will be responsible for developing an area that will help customers move money through their platform. You’ll lead a team of engineers and designers and work closely with the Finance team to overcome the challenges of building a financial engine from scratch.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner would enjoy:
. Developing solutions to funding, credit, cashflow management, foreign exchange, payments, billing, and fraud management
. Working with the Finance team to establish reliable financial controls, processes, and data quality within the core platform
. Building tighter integrations between our platform and third-party financial systems, Accounting, Banking, Payments, etc.
. Leading teams to understand stakeholder or customer requirements, interpret data and research, collaborate to translate these into solutions, and deliver on a roadmap that helps the business to achieve its goals and outcomes
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner will have:
. Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products in a fast paced, start up or scaleup environment.
. A B2B or B2C Product management background
. Worked closely with payments, financial integrations or within an early-mid stage Fintech on financial products.
. Experience of Agile, Scrum and Jira or equivalent.
