We’re partnering with a highly successful and profitable hyper-growth SaaS business now looking to build their Product culture, future vision and team. As such they’re looking to appoint two Senior Product Managers to further develop the vision and future product roadmap.

Within this Senior Product Manager role, you’ll be building product from existing ideas and help develop new and innovative product features and user experience. Given the complexity of this B2B software product, which delivers a highly intuitive and simplistic experience for the end user (Enterprise Customers), a software / technical background will be required.

Within this role you’ll be able to effect an incredible impact on the growth of the business through the implementation of best practice product management processes and the creation of highly innovative user experiences which simplify access to data and information, automating otherwise complex business processes.

As Senior Product Manager / Product Management Lead your responsibilities will include:
*Develop the vision and roadmap for a product line
*Management of the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical delivery
*Draw on customer and market understanding to understand requirements, prioritise and future product plans
*Work hand in hand with engineering from design to build and testing of requirements
*Lead the company wide product vision and go-to-market plan
The role of Senior Product Manager / Product Management Lead requires the following expertise:
*A proven Product Manager, having played a key role in the scaling and growth of a B2B software platform or SaaS product
*A technical mindset, you’ll perhaps have a Computer Science or Engineering degree, a background in Software Engineering or Cloud Computing
*You can convert complex and often vague customer problems into Product which result in delightful product features
*You will have built user-friendly products in an agile environment
*A bias towards action, we’re looking for a great collaborator
