As Retention Manager/ CRM Manager/ Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be delivering the lifetime value and retention strategy. This company is a repeat business, meaning this role is essential in driving sustainable growth.
The Retention Manager/ CRM Manager/ Lifecycle Marketing Manager will:-
*Help define and deliver the retention strategy to increase customer LTV
*Improve churn and activation rate.
*Build and manage automated email/coms programmes.
*Use an iterative, test and learn approach to CRM.
*Collaborate closely with our product team to figure out the best approach to cross-sell new products and services to our patient base.
*Help implement the right CRM tech stack and capabilities to support our objectives.
*Consider all touch points including product experience, customer service and in the box communications.
The Retention Manager/ CRM Manager/ Lifecycle Marketing Manager must have:-
*4+ years’ experience in a CRM onboarding / engagement capacity from a subscription led business.
*Track record in developing and delivering multi-channel short-form engagement campaigns.
*Highly data-driven, strong data skills, using metrics to analyse and segment customers based on their behaviours and needs.
*Hugely customer-focused with a passion for great customer journeys and for quality of execution
*Strong team player, ability to work in cross-functional teams with marketing, design, engineering, operations and partners.
*Strong technical expertise with various CRM tools and software’s (ESP, push notifications, etc.)
