A Project Lead / Senior Project Manager is required for a rapidly growing FinTech company to lead their card payments business expansion Internationally. They have 2 million customers across the US and UK and now setting their sights on other international markets.
The Project Lead / Senior Project Manager will have a background in card payments and proven delivery experience to map out the steps, confirm supply chain and build out on the project launch plan for new geographies.
Reporting to the COO with daily contact with the CEO, this role will be responsible for the international expansion of the business. The organisation has minimal bureaucracy and is extremely fast paced so if you are most comfortable with lots of processes, procedures and long lead times, this is not the role for you!
The Project Lead / Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
. Review our existing internationalisation strategy and research, and where necessary, redefining or refining.
. Engage supply chain partners.
. Define MVP for each country and Build / own the project plan.
. Draw the project team together, assign responsibilities, create reporting framework, drive on-time delivery.
. Deliver the launch into the relevant markets.
The Project Lead / Senior Project Manager will have:
. Minimum of 3 years project management & delivery experience at senior level from ideally a start-up or fast paced environment
. Payments industry knowledge, specifically with experience in card issuing & card programme implementation / operations is a must.
. Evidence of hands-on experience in dealing with international/multi-language services or products
. Evidence of leading teams of people to deliver cross-functional projects
