Product Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager needed by a start-up in the Sustainability, Tech for Good sector to lead their digital product ecosystem forward, driving growth and scalability.
This is a remote first business, so you’ll be working from home connecting with your colleagues daily on Teams. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset as well as the drive and motivation to work within a very hands-on start up.

The Product Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for:-
*The development and implementation of product marketing strategies, consistent with business and market needs.
*Develop product positioning and messaging for key products and features, considering factors like the product market fit, value proposition, target audience and competitive landscape.
*All of the online and offline marketing activities related to each product release or new product launch.
*Understand and maintain a detailed level of knowledge of the market & the users.
*Create, develop and deliver the Go-To-Market strategies for product launches.
*Continuously increase the number of inbound qualified leads – through owning our inbound strategy and improving our current channels, and constantly proving & scaling new acquisition channels

The Product Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager must haves:-
*Experience working as a product marketing manager and have launched products as part of that.
*Proven experience growing out a B2B brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*An eye for a story and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging messages.
*Experience creating new propositions or monetisation opportunities
*Product launch experience, including developing all product collateral
*Experience targeting both enterprise customers and SMB’s
*Experience in selling stories into media outlets
