In addition, the Product Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager B2B2C / Partner Marketing Manager will work in partnership with enterprise customers to acquire, engage and retain their consumer customers (B2B2C marketing).

Product Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager B2B2C / Partner Marketing Manager will have full end to end ownership of the Product Marketing function for an omni-channel payment, loyalty and marketing platform for both B2C and B2B customers.

As Product Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager B2B2C / Partner Marketing Manager you will:

* Build out the product marketing function – fundamental in the development of a world class marketing team
* Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, across all relevant channels, to acquire and engage enterprise merchants, in the UK and globally.
* Spearhead innovation and drive change – complete autonomy of the end to end Product Marketing strategy
* Lead – play a pivotal role and collaborate with teams across the wider business
* Conduct market analysis – collate data to continue to develop the customer experience and feed this back to the merchant
* Be commercially aware – strong understanding of both the tech and consumer landscapes. Always being across trends, advances in tech and feeding back potential new product features.

The Product Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager B2B2C / Partner Marketing Manager must have:
* Strong product marketing experience; ideally in a MarTech, fintech,payments,B2B Saas business, software vendors or similar
* Stakeholder management – understanding the importance of communication and positioning from junior to C-suite level
* Research skills – focused on accumulating key data to feed back into the consumer experience
* Analytical approach to prioritisation
* Lead the ‘go-to-market’ of a tech B2B product
* Ability to influence – communicate efficiently and effectively
* Passion for fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
