We’re partnering with a B2C and B2B subscription HealthTech business, scaling their Product Management team and digital platform following an impressive £multi-mio investment round.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the Healthcare professionals Squad. Within this role you’ll be developing tools, data management and platforms which enable them to better manage their relationship with the customer.
You’ll play a key role supporting the business with the growth of a B2B subcsription product, developing the product vision and owning the roadmap, supporting the business on their journey to turning the ambition of being the go-to health and wellbeing destination into reality.
We’re looking for a customer centric Product Manager who applies an analytical mind to identifying and solving challenges, brings a level of experimentation and user testing experience and a self-starter approach to their work.
Within the role of Product Manager, you will have responsibility for:
*Defining and the product roadmap in collaboration with the Digital Growth team – being ready for this roadmap to become evermore complex as the company grows
*Internalising the product and customer vision, driving the business towards the development of the complete health solution rather than individual simple fixes
*Optimise and test features driving towards the best ROI from the users
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can bring the following to the team:
*You will already have worked within a Product Manager role within a tech business
*You will have created a customer facing product for a tech-first business and ideally have exposure to and an appreciation of what it requires to work in a start-up environment
*You are analytical and a strong communicator, able to translate creative ideas into technical language and back again!
