A rapidly growing consumer business needs a Product Manager – Customer Experience / Digital Product Manager to completely re-build and re-design all consumer platforms to improve engagement, conversion and adoption of users across mobile and web.
The Product Manager – Customer Experience / Digital Product Manager will have experience building engaging, creative products end to end, increasing consumer adoption and onboarding. Without this role, they can’t scale their operations across Europe, as they need to re-build core components of their products to grow their user base.
The Product Manager – Customer Experience / Digital Product Manager will be responsible for:
-Owning the entire customer experience for the organisation, specifically for their front-end consumer site and mobile apps
-Driving iterative development with high-calibre developers
-Working with a variety of cross-functional teams, maintaining stakeholder buy-in
-Writing detailed user stories, accessible to a variety of business customers
-Taking complex problems and breaking them down into manageable chunks, identifying risks and commercial value to wider business teams
-Improving overall UX & UI of their consumer products, bringing a fresh creative input to product development
-Building a refined backlog, define user requirements and prioritising for teams to work on
-Map out new processes, running stand ups, white board sessions to further understand product architecture
The Product Manager – Customer Experience / Digital Product Manager will have:
-Proven experience building beautiful, engaging, creative consumer products that engage users to solve customer and business problems
-A passion for product and design, as well as influencing people
-A natural curiosity for change and building unique, creative and engaging cross platform products
-Outstanding stakeholder management skills
-Experience working on both web and mobile app products
-A strong technical understanding, good with numbers, technology and “how things work”
-Experience working in a modern, iterative agile environment
-Exposure to end-to-end product ownership. You have worked on products from ideation to delivery, and optimisation
