This exciting Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product role is with a true rocketship scaleup who are approaching their Series B fundraise. They dominate their market and integrate with a range of well know enterprise software, and their platform helps B2B sales Marketing & Customer Success teams win and retain customers.
They have 70 staff across offices in the UK and US and work with customers across the globe.

They are backed by high profile Investors and many of the leadership teams have already led high profile scale-ups, resulting in high value exits.

The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will lead a small direct product team (3 PM’s) as well as Engineering and UX to refine the existing platform and build out new products & features. This is a product strategy role but we also need someone who is obsessive about detail and is hands-on too.

In addition to the basic salary, the package will include significant equity.

The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will:
-Build the Product vision and have full ownership for execution of the product roadmap
-Partner with the CTO to build great products, placing the users at the heart of decision-making
-Work with the CEO to pivot the organisation from start-up to mid-sized scale-up, implementing best practice
-Support through the fund raising process as the product leader
-Lead and develop a direct team of 2-3 Product Managers, helping them to build world class software

Candidates for the Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product role must have
-Experience working for a B2B SAAS Scale-up, across any sector (eg finance, marketing tech, advertising, CRM, etc).
-Experience of data led products, ideally with AI decisioning
-Experience managing small teams
-Any experience raising funding is ideal but not essential
-Experience integrating with third party software is ideal but not essential
-Comfort thinking big picture/strategy as well as being obsessive about detail
-Ideally experience of recruitment and building high performing product teams
