Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager required to bring their expertise into a rapidly growing start up company in the health and wellness space. They have already tackled international expansion and are looking for someone to help significantly scale the adoption of the brand.
The Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s paid media accounts with a focus on PPC and Paid Social.
The Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager will:-
*Own all paid search engine marketing (strategy, execution, reporting, optimisation)
*Work closely in collaboration with the Brand team to maintain momentum in rapid consumer acquisition.
*Constantly test new acquisition channels and strategies.
*Own the reporting and forecasting of campaigns, across all KPIs.
*Continue to launch and scale new markets as you continue to expand internationally.
The Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager must have:-
* At least 2 years’ experience in paid SEM (search, shopping, display) within an early stage B2C business from any consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, gambling, travel, media, etc.
*Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
*Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
*An entrepreneurial mindset along with exception drive and the ability to execute.
