Marketing Project Manager /Marketing Manager /Marketing Operations Manager needed by a Fintech start-up company on the verge of becoming a possible unicorn within the rapidly expanding payments industry.

Working very closely within a small and growing marketing team, the Marketing Project Manager /Marketing Manager /Marketing Operations Manager will co-ordinate all marketing activities and promote and drive a co-ordinated multi-channel approach. The Marketing Project Manager /Marketing Manager /Marketing Operations Manager will be heavily involved in every aspect of the company’s marketing growth, acquisition and retention across the UK and further as they continue to grow into Europe and the US.
This new and broad role will involve knitting together all members of the marketing team to ensure all projects are moving in the same direction and are continuing to build momentum as the company grows.
The role would suit a highly organised marketing manager who ideally has some experience across acquisition, brand and lifecycle marketing activities.

The Marketing Project Manager /Marketing Manager /Marketing Operations Manager will:
*Manage the workflow of marketing and creative work though the department and wider business
*Act as liaison between internal colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and momentum is maintained.
*Drawing up detailed plans for delivering projects on time and to budget
*Identify opportunities to amplify marketing messages from one area into others, to create joined up multi-channel campaigns and optimise ROI

The Marketing Project Manager /Marketing Manager /Marketing Operations Manager must have:
*2-5 years marketing experience, ideally within a fast-moving start-up environment.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to reach project goals.
*Highly organised, ideally with experience co-ordinating marketing campaigns across different channels.
*Candidates may come from any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Candidates may come from an agency background, co-ordinating campaigns across different channels.
