Working for a rapidly scaling consumer healthtech business who provide critical services to consumers, the Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Customer Insight Analyst involves developing a deeper understanding of customer segments, customer behaviour and marketing campaign performance.
The Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Customer Insight Analyst will provide data and insight to enable the marketing team to make the right decisions. The role will cover customer acquisition and retention as well as brand-related insights. This is a data-driven business, meaning this role will play an essential part in driving success.
The Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Customer Insight Analyst will:
-Deliver valuable and actionable insights to the marketing team.
-Support both marketing acquisition and retention efforts with the objective to drive growth.
-Help the team analyse the performance of our marketing channels and of the various tests we will be running.
-Conduct Attribution analysis, analysing web, App and offline traffic (ATL, Direct marketing, omnichannel).
-Martech: ensure various marketing technology software’s (Adjust, Segment, GA, etc.) are well set up and integrated to make the most out of them. Identify potential gaps and add to the technology suite if needed.
-Tracking and reporting: ensure tracking and reporting is accurate and consistent across channels (iOS14 new challenge). Deliver the required reports and dashboard for the team to operate effectively and make rapid decisions.
-Retention (in collaboration with the retention and data team)
-Provide insight needed to define retention strategy.
-Support the integration of a CRM software.
-Provide insight for marketing automations.
-Support customer segmentation and personalisation.
Candidates for the Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Customer Insight Analyst role must have:
-Strong experience in data and insight, ideally in an e-commerce, travel, entertainment, or similar consumer environment.
-Proven track record of delivering business impact via data and insight.
-Excellent Excel and Google sheet skills.
-Strong SQL and experience using BI tools (eg Looker)
-Proven background in translating data into business directions
-Hands-on & problem solving
-Good communication and engagement skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
This role will be office based 2-3 days per week (central London) when safe to do so.
