The International Customer Experience Director / Global Head of CEX / Customer Marketing Director / Customer Success Director is required as a brand-new hire for a super-exciting, international subscriptions-based platform. You must be passionate about driving business growth through understanding customers and translating customer experience.
The International Customer Experience Director / Global Head of CEX / User Experience Director/ Customer Marketing Director / Customer Success Director will be responsible for:-
*Working with consumer insights & business teams to understand key challenges & recommend opportunities to improve customer experiences experience across CRM, onsite & offsite.
*Continually map & optimise the customer experience to conversion for deeper product engagement
*Work with monetisation team to drive pricing & offering; driving a clear strategy for International markets
*Work with International analytics to monitor customer journeys, performance & identify opportunities
*Utilise & drive MarTech adoption in International markets
·Ensure that the end-to-end customer journey delivers excellent, measurable, customer experience
·Managing and prioritising the full customer roadmap
·Managing key stakeholders across the business
·Design the customer journeys and go to market plans for business initiatives
·Identifying opportunities for future development to improve customer experience
The International Customer Experience Director / Global Head of CEX / Customer Marketing Director / Customer Success Director:-
·Experience with customer management systems and analysis of data trends
·Working in multi-disciplinary teams i.e. design, UX, data, business ops or marketing
·Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
·Expertise: 5 to 7 years of consumer-focused experience in online environment. Must have experience on the client side
·Solid experience of bridging the gap between the customer & business needs & working with strategy, insights & data teams & communicating this to key stakeholders.
·Experience of measurement of customer experience frameworks
·Aware of current best practise trends and able to build & prioritise appropriately hypothesis to explore those opportunities
·Proactive, self-starter attitude; comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities/needs
