We’re hiring a Head of Product Management for a Venture backed scale-up, building an online marketplace and SaaS service which will disrupt the way we think about our surroundings and working environment.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Head of Product / Senior Product Manager, now looking to influence business growth plans, build new digital product and in due course a Product Management team to deliver as your product quickly scales.

You’ll report directly into the COO and CEO working alongside the Head of Engineering with the support of an established Engineering team. As Head of Product you’ll be taking direct responsibility for making the Product Vision a reality.

The business is recognised as a 5* employer with a growth culture, which you’ll relish and further propagate as the company grows.

Key requirements and responsibilities for this Head of Product opportunity would include:
+ a strong bias for data and product design – you’ll work with a Head of Design and Data Science capability to support your work on these areas
+ a hands-on approach with an ability to consistently step back when time to strategize.
+ the role requires strong delivery experience, working hand in hand with your product squad
+ if you’ve worked for a marketplace or HR SaaS business this experience would apply well
+ you’ll know what it means to work in an experimental environment, and you’ll be adept at prioritising and knowing when to reprioritise from the learnings you create
+ you’ll know how to find answers and make decisions, breaking down complexity
+ you’ll have worked in a start-up environment building digital product experiences
+ building product roadmaps which balance customer problems with business goals will have been your bread and butter
+ conducting user research, A/B testing and data analysis will form key components of your work
+ owning the product vision and goals to KPI’s to measure the impact of change
+ spread your knowledge, working in true partnership with your team to ensure success

This is a role for an individual already in a Head of Product / Product Director role and looking to step into a business with incredible growth potential or perhaps a Senior Product Manager ready to stretch into a leadership role.

If this sounds like you we’d be pleased to receive your application via Intelligent People a specialist Recruitment Agency hiring Head of Product job roles.
