Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Growth Lead needed by an award winning and innovative EdTech startup business who are providing education to clients and institutions around the world. They have already experienced rapid growth during their early years and are now looking for someone to head up their Growth and Marketing function.
With an already established sales team, their looking to built the marketing team from the ground up over the next couple of years, with this hire spearheading it all.
The Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Growth Lead will:-
*Drive rapid consumer growth of the business by taking full ownership of all digital marketing channels including managing PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Programmatic campaigns.
*Craft the brand purpose, messaging, look, feel, and tone of voice.
*Boost growth by adding non-digital leads.
*Reporting directly to the founders and take full control of all marketing efforts.
The Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Growth Lead must have:-
*Proven B2C experience from any consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, gambling, travel, media, etc.
*Experience working within a rapid growth start up business.
*A demonstratable track record of scaling a B2C brand via integrated multi-channel approach.
*Outstanding Analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
*An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
