We’re hiring a Head of Marketing/ Head of Demand Gen/ Growth Lead for a B2B company within the financial services sector who are experiencing rapid growth. Backed by one of the largest and most successful financial services firms, this company is positioned to become the choice of the world’s leading investment offices.

The Head of Marketing/ Head of Demand Gen/ Growth Lead will be a playing a vital role as the company’s success has led to an increase in demand. The role will provide you with the opportunity to lead the demand generation proposition forward as you see fit based on project requirements.

The Head of Marketing/ Head of Demand Gen/ Growth Lead will:
*Develop, deliver, and manage the digital marketing strategy across all platforms within the organisation.
*Develop, deliver, and track all digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including website, CRM, email and social media accounts.
*Be responsible for managing the website and implement the digital strategy across SEO, PPC, keywords, adwords, Google Tag Manager, etc.
*Utilise the Hubspot platform and understand how to best optimise the user experience and functionality of the website.
*Lead and deliver on all aspects of event marketing while thinking creatively and continuously building the vision for the brand.

The Head of Marketing/ Head of Demand Gen/ Growth Lead must have:
*Proven Digital Marketing experience within a B2B start-up setting.
*Demonstrable understanding and capability in using Hubspot
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
*An deep understanding and knowledge of the financial investment sector.
*A passion for start-ups and self-driven to understand the underlying industry and trends.
*Strong communications skills and an excellent commercial understanding
