Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager needed by one of the UK’s most exciting marketplace business in between start-ups and scale-up phase.
Reporting directly into the CEO, the Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the conception and ownership of the marketing strategy, working both digital and traditional channels to acquire and retain customers, automate digital marketing processes, and position the brand.
The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager will:
*Be entrusted with setting up the digital automation of marketing processes
*Collaborate with the BI team to establish user segmentation, to engage and retain users more effectively
*Use both digital and traditional channels, both paid and organic, to acquire users whilst minimising CPA
*Position and cement the brand via PR events and new social media and referral strategies
The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager must have:
*Proven experience with both digital and traditional channels
*An understanding of data, analytics, and BI frameworks
*Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, working both strategically and ‘hands-on’
*An ability to influence up and influence down – being able to stand your ground and have a clear vision is a must.
If the Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager has marketplace experience, it would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
