A Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Customer Acquisition is required for for a high growth travel tech business. Having recently launched in across Europe and the US, they are in the final stages of receiving £25m for their Series B funding to expand across further global territories.

The Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Customer Acquisition will be responsible for creating a brand that people recognise, shout about and love across all organic acquisition channels – a true all-rounder!

The Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Customer Acquisition will be an expert planner and comfortable working across multiple channels to launch products, deliver cross sell campaigns, customer engagement / referral initiatives and crucially scale the business internationally!

The Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Customer Acquisition will be responsible for:

*Creating, launching and managing multi-channel campaigns and initiatives, to drive organic acquisition, engagement and referrals

*Establish and monitor key metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continually optimise to maximise results

*Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities

*Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product and operations teams to ensure alignment in marketing and communications activities

*Create engaging marketing materials and ensure the quality of all marketing released

*Be part of building the leading high-end brand in the UK!

The Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Customer Acquisition will have:

*Demonstrable B2C brand background and experience in a digital start-up.

*Commercial marketing experience, understanding your campaign CPAs and pricing etc is paramount

*Comfortable in an unstructured start-up environment

*Excellent campaign management

*The will to roll up their sleeves and getting things done

*Highly pro-active with a bias towards action

*Bravely and ambitiously creative

*Excellent stakeholder management skills
