Working for a rapidly growing Series A ecommerce start-up, a Head of Marketing / Head of Customer Acquisition / Head of Growth will lead a high performing marketing team delivering online revenue growth.
The Head of Marketing / Head of Customer Acquisition / Head of Growth will have proven experience delivering growth in fast paced start-up, driving customer acquisition campaigns, conversion, reducing CPA & building revenue across UK and ideally, Europe. All this activity is essential to fuel their 2018/19 growth plans, leading to a larger funding round early next year.
The Head of Marketing / Head of Customer Acquisition / Head of Growth will:
-Define both the acquisition strategy and the delivery via key channels to improve KPI’s
-Implement and execute campaigns across all digital channels, specifically Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social and Communities, PR, Content, CRM & Affiliates
-Analyse performance of these campaigns, quickly identifying new areas for improvement
-Work with a variety of internal stakeholders (design, product, content, tech) to ensure messaging is constantly updated and optimised
-Driving a data first approach to justify decisions, particularly for the conversion funnel, traffic and customer data, behavioural data, etc
-Drive attention to detail across all channels, optimising performance as well as owning end-to-end strategy
Candidates for the Head of Marketing / Head of Customer Acquisition / Head of Growth role must have:
-Proven experience running and optimising campaigns across multiple channels
-Expert knowledge of growing a customer base (you can comfortably describe how you did this before)
– Strong experience in a start-up environment driving high growth
-Experience creating compelling, original creative & artwork
-A highly analytical mindset, constantly analysing data to improve performance
-A strong focus on testing and data driven decision making, as well as CRO principles
-Experience across different marketing (Europe, nice to have)
-Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment where responsibility for delivery stops with you.
