Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing is required for an award winning, leading EdTech platform that is transforming the way we learn with unrivalled access to education globally.
In this new role, the Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing will lead a team to provide best in class engagement strategies to bring the brand strategy to life and convert users to purchase across core marketing channels with a focus on CRM and social media.
The Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing will:
*Lead a talented CRM and social media team
*Plan, execute and optimise customer communication across multiple channels including email, instant messaging and chat bots
*Define, monitor and report on KPI’s for customer engagement programmes
*Help define positioning and messaging for the brand
*Develop, analyse and optimise pricing and discount strategies in accordance with assorted markets
The Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing must have:
*5 years + experience leading a CRM of Engagement function is a consumer business
*Extensive experience in working with marketing automation CRM and ESP providers (Marketo, Salesforce etc)
*Proven track record in managing complex budgets with a focus on ROI
*Deep understanding of personalisation in on/off platform communications and social media landscape
*Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
