Head of CRM / CRM Manager / Head of Loyalty needed by one of the fastest growing disruptive tech start-up’s to ever come out of Silicon Valley. They have extremely ambitious growth plans and are looking for an expert to build their entire customer retention strategy.
Head of CRM / CRM Manager / Head of Loyalty will start with a complete blank canvas, build out the CRM and customer loyalty strategy.
Head of CRM / CRM Manager / Head of Loyalty will:
*Responsible for the development, creation and execution of CRM strategies in UK. These include but are not limited to;
oCRM programmes and campaigns, including segmentation of consumer groups and multi-variate testing of campaigns
*Responsible for identifying, negotiating commercials, and managing partner digital agencies to further super-charge UK digital growth.
*Develop functional KPIs to track the performance of growth initiatives and CRM campaigns over time.
*Working collaboratively with the product team and design teams to get to the best answers, quickly.
Head of CRM / CRM Manager / Head of Loyalty must have:
*Strong CRM and Loyalty experience from any industry or sector, such as; eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, Retail, Tech, Startups, Travel, Media, Fintech, Gambling, Gaming, Insurance etc.
*Experience owning the marketing levers of a digital-first business, and a demonstrable track record of pulling these levers effectively to drive growth
*Significant experience in designing and developing CRM plans and campaigns
*Experience measuring, monitoring and tracking KPI’s for CRM performance
*Excited to work with wide variety of internal stakeholders to develop a consensus on an ecommerce plan and execute on it
