Working for a digital consultancy who are leading the re-design and transformation of a huge retailers digital & mobile channel, the Enterprise eCommerce Solution Strategist / eCommerce Strategy Consultant / Head of eCommerce Strategy role involves working as part of a team to quickly understand the customers environment and infrastructure to then make the right solution design decisions that will deliver the best commercial outcomes.

The Enterprise eCommerce Solution Strategist / eCommerce Strategy Consultant / Head of eCommerce Strategy will:
-Quickly work to understand the customer priorities, agenda, existing resources, stakeholders and tech platform roadmap they’ve committed to (eg – AEM Target)
-Work as part of a specialist team to shape an enterprise solution that delivers the best possible outcomes across revenue, customer engagement, conversion, customer lifetime value, NPS, etc.
-Be domain expert for the customers priorities across digital channels
-Analyse and use data to help shape decisions, shape the strategy and uncover commercial opportunities.
-Use data to illustrate how new customer experience and digital investments will deliver ROI and other commercial outcomes.
-Advise on business change (people, process, tools) needed to implement the vision.
-Manage key stakeholder relationships internally and with the retail client, up to ‘C’ levels and across technical and commercial teams.

Candidates for the Enterprise eCommerce Solution Strategist / eCommerce Strategy Consultant /
Head of eCommerce Strategy role must have
-Strong experience developing digital retail platform strategy in a large complex matrix environment
-Proven experience developing eCommerce solutions that deliver commercial impact, such as improved £ revenue growth, conversion, customer experience, satisfaction, NPS, lifetime value, etc.
-Ideally experience working with a digital strategy consultancy, working with large retail/eCommerce customers.
-First class communication, customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.
-Strong comfort with data and using data and information to make commercial decisions
-Strong experience of eCommerce channels and all underpinning platforms (marketing tech, analytics, CRM, etc).
