As part of their scaling journey, they’re building out new internal platforms that will give a better digital consumer experience and enable them to rapidly build, test and launch new services, such as a Mobile App.
The eCommerce Product Manager / Subscriptions Product Manager / Senior Digital Product Manager will work in a product team of two to own the digital consumer experience, shaping all current and future technologies and experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to have real ownership and make a significant impact on this scaling organisation.
The eCommerce Product Manager / Subscription Product Manager / Senior Digital Product Manager will:
-Define the customer experience, understand customer segments, identify opportunities and design solutions with a customer-centric mindset.
-Be responsible for OKRs and KPIs and reporting across digital product.
-Own the Product strategy and roadmap.
-Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and execute the roadmap.
-Own the process of feature delivery, enabling the regular launch of new features and products.
-Run agile sprints to prioritise optimisations, build and launch, define requirements for developers, and gather assets and inputs from other teams.
-Work with external suppliers and partners.
-Manage user research and testing
Candidates for the eCommerce Product Manager / Subscriptions Product Manager / Senior Digital Product Manager role must have
-Previous experience as a product manager, delivering digital consumer experiences in a transactional eCommerce environment.
-Experience of consumer subscription services or models is ideal, but not essential.
-Comfort in a broad product role with broad scope and responsibility
-Data driven approach to decision-making.
-Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
-Mobile App experience is an advantage
This role will be remote initially, probably visiting the Central London offices once a week when safe to do so, or more if desired.
