Digital Product Manager / Online Product Manager needed by a scaling B2C marketplace, looking to build a world-leading experience for consumers.
Reporting into a Senior PM, the Digital Product Manager / Online Product Manager will work in a team focusing on a particular user-facing aspect of the product, working in sprints and prioritising the backlog.
The Digital Product Manager / Online Product Manager will:
*Collaborate with the in-house devs, design, and analytic teams in an agile environment, to optimise the customer experience
*Liaise with fellow product managers to determine how best to prioritise the backlog
*Collect and dissect feedback and date from customers and stakeholders, using this to define the product roadmap
*Feed insights from yourself and your own small team into the Senior PM, who will then feed directly into the Product Director
The Digital Product Manager / Online Product Manager must have:
*Proven experience in a product management role
*Recent experience in a B2C start-up or scale-up environment, and preferably in a large product team
*A strong understanding of how to best inform decisions using analytics, A/B testing, user testing, etc. of customer data
*A commercial mindsight, with the ability to manage stakeholders without foregoing your own visions
If the Digital Product Manager / Online Product Manager has experience in a commercial or consulting role, as well as in product management, it would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite – as are strong academics.
