CRM Manager / Growth Hacker / Digital Marketing Manager needed by one of the fastest growing disruptive tech start-up’s to ever come out of Silicon Valley. They have extremely ambitious growth plans and are looking for an expert to own all acquisition and retention efforts. You’ll have a large focus on CRM and lifecycle marketing (70%) with the rest of your efforts being focused around the acquisition of customers through other digital and offline channels (Not PPC, Paid Social, Display).

They’ve hired 30 people in 3 months and have 1000 employees globally.

CRM Manager / Growth Hacker / Digital Marketing Manager will:

*Responsible for digital marketing of the ecommerce business in UK.

*Responsible for the development, creation and execution of digital marketing strategies in UK. These include but are not limited to;

oCRM programmes and campaigns, including segmentation of consumer groups and multi-variate testing of campaigns

oAffiliate marketing

oSocial media campaigns and content


*Responsible for identifying, negotiating commercials, and managing local partner digital agencies to further super-charge UK digital growth.

*Develop functional KPIs to track the performance of growth initiatives and digital marketing campaigns over time.

*Working collaboratively with the product team and design teams to get to the best answers, quickly.

CRM Manager / Growth Hacker / Digital Marketing Manager must have:

*Strong CRM and digital marketing experience from any industry or sector, such as; eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, Retail, Tech, Startups, Travel, Media, Fintech, gaming, Insurance etc.

*Experience owning the marketing levers of a digital-first business, and a demonstrable track record of pulling these levers effectively to drive growth

*Significant experience in designing and developing digital marketing plans and campaigns

*Experience managing and executing CRM campaigns

*Experience measuring, monitoring and tracking KPI’s for digital performance

*Excited to work with wide variety of internal stakeholders to develop a consensus on an ecommerce plan and execute on it
