A market leading tech start-up is looking for a Chief Product Officer / VP Product to manage their entire product strategy as they move into scale up phase.

-Create business cases for new product developments in line with user feedback and commercial business goals

-Thinking about how to deliver high engagement levels, maximising ROI across all products

-Evaluate and design new ways of working, specifically agile processes, methods, team structure, etc.

-Iterating and continually developing an analytical culture across the product team, driving insight from data feeding into decision making

-Manage key stakeholders across the business, driving a clear understanding of product developments

-Conducting in-depth discovery work to inform go-to-market strategy, partnership opportunities and product metrics

The Chief Product Officer / VP Product will have:

-Previously worked at a scale up business (Series B or more), preferably B2C

-Proven leadership ability. You have built and developed high performing product teams, at scale and really engaged people

-An excellent appreciate of UX methodologies as well as complex operational back end systems

-Owned a portfolio of products with conflicting priorities

-An understanding of marketing principles, e.g. onboarding, CRM, targeting, CPA

-You live off user feedback, you fight for your users and solving their problems

-Highly commercial, you’re there to bridge the gap between tech and non-tech

-Proven problem-solving skills. You approach things logically, in a methodical way whilst using data

This is a rare opportunity for a Chief Product Officer / VP Product to join a scaling business who have plans to exit in the next 3-4 years.
