Working for a profitable and scaling SAAS vendor, the Head of Revenue Operations / B2B Sales Operations Lead will manage revenue processes within the business and drive alignment between sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
Following a post-merger integration the company has ambitious growth plans, so the Head of Revenue Operations / B2B Sales Operations Lead will be key to owning analytics such as retention rates, leading on forecasting and incentivising sales teams, and optimising internal CRM tools. This is a great opportunity to build out and shape a streamlined and optimised revenue function.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in Manchester. The Head of Revenue Operations / B2B Sales Operations Lead will have 3-4 direct reports.
The Head of Revenue Operations / B2B Sales Operations Lead will:
- Manage forecasting and pipeline management.
- Drive alignment between commercial teams (sales, marketing, customer success).
- Optimise internal (tracking) tools to support revenue growth.
- Develop GTM strategies working together with other UK revenue leaders.
- Own revenue analytics and reporting.
Candidates for the Head of Revenue Operations / B2B Sales Operations Lead role must have:
- 5+ years’ experience of revenue operations within B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, always encouraging the team and thinking about potential opportunities.
- Experience with integrations is an advantage.
