Our client is a global award-winning Adtech scale up that works with some of the leading brands and publishers. Their investment of AI within their platform enables their clients to engage with their consumers in a truly unique way.
They are currently looking for a Head of Product Management (Adtech) / Product Lead to lead a team of 3 Product Managers and one Designer managing a core AI platform, Chat GPT style products, SaaS analytics and campaign management dashboards & scheduling competitor analysis tools.
The package includes salary, bonus, benefits and an ‘attractive’ equity allowance.
The role is fully remote with occasional global travel and one week per quarter with the team at a rotating location.
The Head of Product Management (Adtech)/ Product Lead will:
- Lead the product team for their functional area and underlying platform and tools.
- Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, across tech, leadership, commercial teams, sales, marketing and large global customers.
- Help the team set priorities, shape and deliver on roadmaps.
Candidates for the Head of Product Management (Adtech) / Product Lead role must have:
- Strong product management experience in the Adtech / Advertising Technology sector, with a B2B SAAS tech vendor or advertising agency with their own proprietary technology.
- People management experience, ideally a small team of between 2 and 6 people.
- Strong experience working with complex data platforms (ideally Adtech).
- Very strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working directly with external customers.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and articulate the value behind ideas and business cases.
- Strong commercial acumen.
