Working for a large and high profile heathtech brand, the Head of Product B2C SAAS Healthtech / Senior Product Manager B2B2C will lead a small product team to build out new and optimise existing consumer heath services that provide personalised care, addressing the needs of tens of millions of patients.
There will be a focus on identifying new commercial/product opportunities, enhancing product and tech team working practices (currently Shape Up), managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally and coaching/developing the team.
There are a number of streams in the roadmap, such as re-platforming, international expansion/growth, enhancing the customer experience and enhancing use of data & insight to measure impacts.
The Head of Product B2C SAAS Healthtech / Senior Product Manager B2B2C is a great opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who’s looking to grow into a managerial position or for an existing Head of Product to build their career.
This role is remote based, with one day per month in central London (or more/hybrid if preferred).
The Head of Product B2C SAAS Healthtech / Senior Product Manager B2B2C will:
-Formulate an inspiring vision and strategy for our digital health platform
-Lead a team of product managers and supporting product designers and engineers
-Work cross-functionally to define and own objectives & key results
-Shape, prioritise and execute the medium to long term product roadmap
-Understand customer needs, users and stakeholders and effectively share the product vision, strategy and roadmap plans
-Work collaboratively with your teams to continuously discover solutions to user problems
-Develop the team of product managers, ensuring continuous people development that inspires and delivers high performance
-Enable data driven product development through championing data led decisions
Candidates for the Head of Product B2C SAAS Healthtech / Senior Product Manager B2B2C role must have
-Strong experience in a B2B2C product environment, such as healthtech, edtech or similar.
-Strong full lifecycle product management experience, delivering impactful products that solve customer problems and create value.
-Strong experience analysing the market, understanding customer problems and talking to stakeholders to identify new product/service opportunities, including business case development and measuring trade-offs.
-Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing skills, working at all levels across engineering and commercial teams.
-A strong advocate of the user and a proven champion of the customer experience
-Ideally some experience managing a team, or training and support will be given.
-Strong comfort with use of data and using data to make decisions.
