Head of Marketing / VP Marketing / Marketing Director needed by a Fintech scale-up organisation who specialise in offering local payments in emerging market countries spanning the globe.
Having pivoted to keep up with market demand, they’re growing at a phenomenal speed and are now looking to make their first marketing hire.
The business are looking for a proven B2B marketing leader who has tremendous leadership and communication skills as well as proven success in innovative and traditional campaigns across the broad spectrum of the present-day marketing channels, with the capability to drive both the strategic vision of the organisation alongside the executive leadership team and working cross functionally to deliver results.
The Head of Marketing / VP Marketing / Marketing Director will:-
*Develop and implement the entire marketing strategy which contribute to the company’s ambitious growth goals, including brand and positioning, digital acquisition across all channels, social media, content & copy.
*Take full ownership of all KPIs relating to customer acquisition and retention.
*Be fully responsible for the business’ reputation and recognition; including Brand, PR & Comms.
*Grow, develop and manage a talented marketing team.
The Head of Marketing / VP Marketing / Marketing Director must have:-
*Proven B2B experience within a fintech environment, preferably payments.
*Have a strategic mindset and are a storyteller. You are someone who has worked on new business & user concepts before
*Excellent team management skills and experience working with and managing external agencies
*Prior experience of having worked in start-ups / scale-ups
*Ability to set the strategy but also strong comfort being very hands on and close to the detail, as the team is very small initially.
