The Head of Growth / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing required for a multi brand consumer health tech start-up.
Providing ecommerce and subscription based consumer products, The Head of Growth / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing will develop, implement and scale the marketing strategy to support the ambitious growth plans of the business.
The Head of Growth / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for:
*Defining and executing the acquisition marketing strategy
*Optimising the best working channels to grow the user base including Facebook, PPC to affiliate and beyond
*Delivering data driven performance and turning insights into actionable changes
*Providing regular performance updates that feedback into the product
The Head of Growth / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing will have a strong understanding of all core digital marketing channels and a desire to work within a dynamic and driven environment.
Candidates for the Head of Growth / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing must have:
·At least 3 years performance marketing experience within a consumer facing business or subscription based business
·Proven expertise in devising data driven performance strategy
·The ability to work autonomously and be comfortable getting into the detail
·Experience in campaign execution from end to end
