Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Performance needed by a startup business who are disrupting their sector as they push towards a sustainable future by removing single use packaging.
They’re a mission driven B2C company who are growing rapidly and are now in need of a Head of Growth to spearhead their consumer acquisition. You’ll be joining a small, scrappy team and will need to execute while expanding the team.
The Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Performance will:
*Develop and execute a marketing strategy across the business, covering all digital channels.
*Build, manage and expand a world-class marketing team.
* Work closely with the Product and Engineering team to prioritise efforts to achieve the company’s goals.
*Setting the vision for the future of the brand and mission while working together with the rest of the management team.
The Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Performance must have:-
*Proven experience leading growth at a consumer facing startup business across any sector. (eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.)
*Experience in managing and developing marketing teams.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*A positive, hands-on approach to getting things done.
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
