Head of Brand / Brand Marketing Manager / Head of Creative needed by a consumer fintech business who are rapidly scaling and on course to have over 1 million customers on their site.
Their unique line of products give them a view of what British savers and investors want , fear, understand and need. This always-on feedback loop is increasingly fuelling research and insight.
You will own and develop the brand, bringing some structure and consistency to this as the business grows. You will also own the creative aspects of content and stories. You will help shape, define and communicate the voice of the business, both with their existing sites and products, and the new products and services.

The Head of Brand / Brand Marketing Manager / Head of Creative will:-
*Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
*Create brand guidelines and a suite of core assets to support.
*Present marketing campaigns, strategies, and budgets to senior management and across the business.
*Maximize brand presence on various channels (e.g. web, social media, above the line etc) ensuring brand consistency in all advertising efforts.
*Manage branded content creation and also for clients and partners.
*Work with growth marketing team to understand what content is needed to support user needs.
*Maintain and oversee social media platforms and content.

The Head of Brand / Brand Marketing Manager / Head of Creative must have:-
*Proven experience in growing a consumer brand within a startup environment.
*A track record managing significant growth of consumer products, implementing a successful brand strategy.
*A collaborative approach to working with teams to build great products for customers.
*Experience working in a high-performance, past-faced start-up culture.
*Great communication skills with a strong vision of what good looks like.
