Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Lead needed by a consumer FinTech business who are positioned to see staggering growth as they look towards a full public launch. With a waiting list of thousands of users, they’re now ready to bring their first dedicated marketing hire to lead all things growth marketing across the board.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Lead / Head of Performance Marketing will:-
- Design, implement and adapt performance marketing strategy across multiple channels.
- Own paid acquisition channels.
- Proactively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test.
- Make data driven, strategic decisions to optimise channel-mix and optimise CAC.
- Experiment, monitor and continually optimise targeted campaigns through channels such as Google & Meta Ads.
- Identify growth hacking opportunities.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Lead / Head of Performance Marketing must have:-
- Proven experience leading or owning growth marketing for a B2C scale up business- Series B or earlier ideally!
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate results and insights from performance marketing strategies to the wider business.
- Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business and other data analytics tools.
- Proven expertise creating, executing, analysing and optimising campaigns.
- SEO Optimisation experience.
