We’re working with an established software and services business realising an exciting period of organic, International growth and as a result they’re hiring a Group Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager.
The Group Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager will progress the businesses’ product plans including the development of their International roadmap, further development of software modules and development of a forward Product Vision.
The role of Group Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager will require an experienced Product Manager who’ll bring the knowledge of developing and managing an enterprise software roadmap, if you’ve done this on an International basis all the better.
The role will be responsible for:
*Managing the product line life-cycle, strategic planning to end of life
*Specifying market requirements for current and future products through market research supported by ongoing calls and visits to customers and prospects
*Preparing, maintaining, and evangelising the product roadmap, defining product enhancements for short- and long-term releases
*Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans
*Analysing potential partner relationships for new products and services
*Defining feature roadmap for products based on business opportunities and market research
*Proposing an overall product budget to ensure success
*Creating feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contributing and approving the product-related Business Requirements Documents
The key skills required to be successful in the role of Group Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager include:
*A Product Manager with demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products
*Experience within the international enterprise software marketplace is preferred
*Working well under pressure and able to prioritise to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary
*Top class people and communications skills coupled with the experience and gravitas needed to gain the respect of senior management and clients
*Ability to influence cross-functional teams
*A skilled communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills able to present to and influence clients and key stakeholders
This will be a new role reporting into the C-Suite, joining a business offering an opportunity to grow as they enter the development of their next generation of software offering.
