A Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / Web Optimisation Manager is needed by a leading entertainment ecommerce brand.
Reporting into the Head of Product, in this new role the Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / Web Optimisation Manager will champion data driven decision making taking a lead on improving their digital products through A/B testing, MVT and Personalisation.
The Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / Web Optimisation Manager will:
*Own the experimentation program and provide deep dive analysis of experimentation results to gain maximum insight that define actions
*Use web analytics tools, analysing the user journey to understand customer pain points
*Develop a strategic approach to Conversion Rate Optimisation
*Manage the set-up, scheduling, A/B testing for all campaigns across multiple channels
*Build the user journey and ensure continual improvement of metrics via post campaign reporting and analysis
The Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / Web Optimisation Manager must have:
*At least 3 years’ experience of hands on web analytics, data analysis and optimisation.
*Experience in a fast-paced consumer digital or start-up environment
*Demonstrable knowledge in managing end to end optimisation testing processes
*Ability to translate analytics and experimentation results into actionable insights
*Extensive knowledge of experimentation tools such as Optimizely or similar
