Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager needed by an award winning B2B proptech start-up who have recently started international expansion and are looking to continue the next phase of their growth following a successful series A funding round of £5m.
The Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager will:-
*Get to know the technology inside out and be able to confidently explain the way the product works to clients.
*Constantly analyse the product from a client’s perspective and give feedback to the product team on improvements that can be made.
*Develop an understanding of how you’ll be able to add value to a client’s growth and efficiency.
*Input and update Salesforce information to ensure proper management of account.
The Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager must have:-
*Prior experience within account management at a technology company, supporting a SaaS product.
*Proven experience at a B2B Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
*Comfortable in a rapid growth start-up environment.
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal alongside the ability to form and build strong, long lasting client relationships.
