A CRM Strategy Director – Wealth & Asset Management / Customer Engagement Director / Customer Marketing Director is needed by a scaling financial services platform (B2B & B2C) to define, shape and deliver their customer relationship & engagement strategy across the business, from scratch.

The CRM Strategy Director – Wealth & Asset Management / Customer Engagement Director / Customer Marketing Director will take full ownership of the customer lifecycle strategy covering all touch points, with the goal of improving customer engagement, relationships, revenue and overall satisfaction.

The CRM Strategy Director – Wealth & Asset Management / Customer Engagement Director / Customer Marketing Director will;

*Define and deliver the CRM and CEX strategy for the whole business across all products and services
*Obtain a deep understanding of client requirements and improve customer experiences across all platforms
*Devise a customer retention strategy and gain a full understanding of customer needs
*Identify clear objectives through insight, segmentation & data analysis
*Continually roadmap & optimise the customer experience working closely with product, tech and commercial stakeholders
*Inform product roadmap ensuring product development is in line with CRM strategy
*Take a holistic approach to CRM, building frameworks and leveraging relevant agile methodologies to ensure the business listens to the customer
*Monitor and report on KPI’s for customer engagement programmes to senior management
*Managing key stakeholders across the business

The CRM Strategy Director – Wealth & Asset Management / Customer Engagement Director / Customer Marketing Director must have;

*8-12 years’ experience with the majority being within the financial services industry
*Worked or consulted for a wealth/asset management company
*Extensive experience shaping and delivering B2B CRM & Customer engagement strategies
*The ability to talk comfortably about achievements and outputs
*Solid experience of bridging the gap between the customer & business needs
*Experience of measurement of customer experience frameworks
*Great communication skills, be a proactive, self-starter
*Worked in fast paced, agile environments with both digital and account management customer contact
*Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
