Having recently received a 9-figure investment to expand and grow, a consumer tech challenger is looking for a CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager to help simplify one of the most painful and frustrating purchases consumers can make.

The CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager role is all about creating meaningful moments for customers, using the right channels at the right time and that have a positive business impact. You’ll also be fundamental in interrogating customer and market data and refining our segmentation for communications targeting.

The role of CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager will lead and scale the new CRM programme, so good experience with an established marketing automation tool is very much required.

The CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for day to day management and execution of the CRM and customer engagement strategy.
. Demonstrable client-side CRM experience, good understanding of CRM marketing tech for automation and scalability.
. Experience optimising landing pages and improving acquisition funnel conversion
. Comfortable working with data, and capable of identifying insights
. Comfortable building and formatting web pages and email templates, CRM marketing tech platforms.
. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard in reviewing and finalising customer facing communications
