CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / Customer Relationship Manager needed by a high growth consumer start-up who has just closed off a round of funding.
The CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering the CRM strategy to increase targeted engagement, customer lifetime value and retention.
In this new role, the CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / Customer Relationship Manager will:
*Define and deliver the CRM strategy
*Gain understanding of customer needs through insight, segmentation & data analysis
*Managing end to end workflow of CRM campaigns to optimise customer lifetime value through email, physical and SMS/push communications
*Drive data analysis and apply Test & Learn principles to CRM
The CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / Customer Relationship Manager will have:
*At least 3 years experience implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns
*Experience driving customer insights from data and analytics
*Proven knowledge of one or more email platform (Drip, Mailchimp, Dotmailer etc).
*Explicit knowledge of A/B and Multivariate testing in the CRM space
