A CRM Manager / Head of CRM / CRM Lead is needed by a fast-growing eCommerce retail start-up.
As the CRM Manager / Head of CRM / CRM Lead you’ll be joining at an exciting time for the business as they look to scale following securing funding.
The CRM Manager / Head of CRM / CRM Lead will:
*Own the entire CRM function from strategy to delivery.
*Research the company’s buyer personas and develop personalised comms around them.
*Work closely with the Tech team to develop customer journeys to extract customer data to integrate into their CRM system.
*Design, build, test and launch your own various types of comms.
*Work off your own initiative to develop the CRM function as well as working cross functionally with the comms and the tech teams.
*Build a set of KPIs against company goals and report/track retention targets.
*Take a data driven approach to solving problems.
The CRM Manager / Head of CRM / CRM Lead will have:
*Proven experience in CRM role within a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent written and communication skills.
*Experience driving customer insights from data and analytics.
*Experience with data, segmentation & loyalty programs (a nice to have).
